Orders and production

Are products made to order?

Yes. Petty Brand products are produced after an order is placed.

How long does production take?

Most orders are prepared within 2–7 business days. High-volume and holiday periods may take longer.

Shipping

When will my order arrive?

After production, estimated U.S. transit time is generally 3–8 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and carrier delays can occur.

Will all items arrive together?

Not always. Items may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages with separate tracking.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking link in your shipping-confirmation email. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

Sizing and care

How do I choose a size?

Check the size chart on the product page and compare the measurements with a similar item you already own.

How should I wash printed apparel?

Wash inside out in cold water with similar colors. Use a gentle cycle and mild detergent. Tumble dry low or air dry. Do not iron directly on the print.

Changes and problems

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us immediately. Changes are only possible before production begins.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Email admin@pettybrand.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
